PostDotz is launching a new local marketplace in Tampa Bay. Tell us what you provide and where you serve. When a matching customer request comes in, participating providers can respond privately and compete for the job.
Join before public launch and matched-request access is free for your first 6 months.
Five steps, no scrolling, no guessing whether a post is even worth your time.
Category, service area, budget range and timeline — all specified up front.
PostDotz checks it against providers who selected that offering and service area during onboarding.
An email and browser notification can arrive when a matching request hits your area.
Your price is visible only to the buyer, never to competing providers.
Win, and the request closes to everyone else. You can move forward with the buyer.
This is a working simulation of what happens on a provider's phone. Walk through one Tampa Bay request from alert to private bid to the buyer's decision.
“Need a full deep clean before a move-in inspection Sunday morning. Kitchen and bathrooms are the priority.”
Your phone, quietly waiting for a matching request.
This part is just for the demo — a real buyer decides this:
The request is now closed to other providers.
Sarah went with another provider. Your service area is still active — the next matching request lands the same way this one did.
Our controlled launch taxonomy covers the core Tampa Bay categories already prepared for matching.
What joining before launch means and how the request system is designed to work.
Founding providers who join before public launch receive matched-request access free for their first six months after PostDotz launches.
Nothing. Joining the founding-provider waitlist is free and does not obligate you to purchase anything.
Not during the founding-provider period. After that, PostDotz is being designed around flexible monthly access with a lower-priced annual option, rather than charging you separately every time a buyer posts a request.
You choose the services or products you actually provide and the Tampa Bay areas you actually serve. Matching uses that combination so unrelated requests are not sent to you.
Nothing against you. The buyer chooses another provider, that request closes, and you remain eligible for the next matching opportunity.
Yes. The full marketplace is being built so providers can manage their offerings and service areas from their provider settings.
No. PostDotz is designed to work alongside the platforms you already use. The request, private responses and buyer comparison are simply organized in one place.
Our internal goal is around 30 days, but we will not open a request category until enough real local providers are ready to respond. If the provider network needs more time, we push the launch rather than open a dead category.
Founding providers receive the first 6 months of matched-request access free after launch.
